  • Construction Administration
    • Attend project meetings
    • Site visits and inspections (QC/QA)
    • Monitor Schedule
    • Coordinate necessary parties for site related issues
    • Manage and coordinate owner vendors with GC

  • Financial Administration
    • Review all payment applications
    • Monitor Lien releases
    • Review and assess all change orders
    • Update Project Budget Control Document

  • Act as Liaison between Landlord and the project

  • Facilitate and comment on Punch List
